7 Prohibited Activities

• Using automated bots or software to play games.
• Exploiting platform technical errors or bugs for personal gain.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking of another member's account.
• Creating an account using a false identity or misleading information.
• Filing a chargeback or payment dispute against the platform.
• Fraudulent transactions involving other members.

8 Account Closure & Suspension

Ck444 cim may temporarily or permanently suspend a member's account under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any part of these terms and conditions.
• Failure to verify identity or submission of false information.
• Account inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• For legal or regulatory reasons.
• At the member's own request.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be refunded; however, bonus funds will not be returned. Please contact support to reactivate a closed account.

9 Limitation of Liability

Ck444 cim is not liable for:

• Losses resulting from internet disconnection.
• Delays or errors caused by third-party payment providers.
